Over the past 10 years Sofie's been managing her husband Donal Skehan’s brand working across cookbooks, a YouTube channel and TV Shows for the international market. She's the mother of Noah and Oliver and lives in Howth, Co. Dublin. She regularly shares content including an honest view of her family’s lifestyle, travel and food.
