Dev hosts retreats, events, and group experiences around the world, bringing together women who want to travel without the stress of planning or going alone.

What started as simple sea swim meetups in Dublin grew into something so much bigger: safe, uplifting spaces where digital connections turn into real-life friendships. Women arrive nervous, excited, unsure and leave bonded through shared stories, fears, laughter, and unforgettable memories.These trips are about more than seeing new places, they’re about belonging! After moving to Dublin in her 20s, Dev experienced deep loneliness, new cit & new job. When she learned Ireland was voted one of the loneliest places in Europe, it changed everything. It made her realise she wasn’t alone in feeling alone and inspired her to do something about it.

Since then, she’s led women skiing in Bulgaria, canyoneering in the Philippines, swimming with manta rays in the Maldives, and walking the Camino in Spain!

Dev is also very passionate about the beautiful Éire. She has a newfound grá for travelling closer to home and falling in love with Ireland and everything it has to offer! With an open mindset and a strong community, she showcases that you don’t always have to go far to find adventure!
