Run With Chris
Run With Chris is a community-focused running meet-up founded by Dublin runner and wellness creator Chris Connolly (also known online as Get Better With Chris). Chris is known for running the length of Ireland and the UK and sharing how running became a key part of his own journey toward better health and wellbeing, both physically and mentally. At its heart, Run With Chris is about getting people moving together, whether you’re new to running or just like a friendly group run.
The events typically involve a casual 5 km jog (with chatting, support, and encouragement built in), and they bring together people of all levels who want to make exercise a positive part of their week. It’s not a race, he emphasis is on community, connection and enjoying the run, not speed or competition.
