Marcus might well be in the running for busiest man in Ireland. A strong believer in following his passions, A qualified chef, with a strong following on his "Onlypans" cooking series and as of recently, his very own food truck, "The Sambo Ambo", serving life saving sandwiches from a converted ambulance.
Marcus is also the owner of Antisocial, one of Dublin's leading bars and good time destinations.
Outside of the food and drinks world, Marcus is one of Ireland's best known DJs, as well as a successful promoter, regularly touring both at home and internationally as well as running some of Ireland's biggest parties.
