LAOISE QUINN
Laoise is an international powerlifter lifting for team Ireland from Limerick. She’s the current U57kg Open National Champion and Junior National Champion. In 2021, she won the Sub Junior World Championship. She’s in her second year of college, studying Enterprise and Innovation at the Technological University of Shannon.
Laoise started posting her training on Instagram in 2019 and now has a YouTube channel and TikTok . She’s passionate about powerlifting, healthy eating and taking care of herself. She believes self-care is extremely important and helps her performance. Whether through fuelling your body right or putting on a layer of fake tan to feel better in training, both are the key ingredients to becoming a world champion!
