Karol is a food lover, a best selling cookbook author and content creator with a marketing background.
The Daly Dish cookbook, which he wrote with his wife Gina, was Ireland’s No.1 selling cookbook of 2020, and was also nominated for An Post’s cookbook of the year award.
He focuses on making ‘bold’ food good and is always cooking up a storm and having a laugh in the kitchen, making cooking fun, healthy and tasty.
Karol lives in Meath with his wife and their three children.
