JONNY MURPHY
Jonny AKA The Hungry Hooker is a former professional rugby player, who always had a love for baking and cooking. He developed this love as a child from his Nanny Mamie. Unfortunately he was forced to retire early from rugby due to injury and with the encouragement of those close to him started a small wholesale bakery.
Initially making easy to follow recipe videos to try and sell more buns, his page gained traction and followers. Currently back home for now and reliving his childhood baking and cooking traditional homely recipes with his Nanny.
Baking has been like therapy for both of them after a turbulent 2 years. Many people have reached out sharing their stories after showing this vulnerability, and it is something Jonny is passionate to help with and share.
