ERICA DRUM
Erica is a vibrant, fun and conscious chef with a passion for seasonal Irish produce, sustainability, growing and travel. She hosts regular cookery slots on Virgin Media's Six O Clock show and can be seen on the food stages at many of Ireland's great festivals.
Erica has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. She adores to pass on her passion for cooking and creating delicious flavoursome food. Her ability to explain and teach culinary skills, taste and individuality is encouraging and bright. She has the true gift of warm Irish hospitality and welcomes viewers into her home from theirs for online cookery courses. Erica lives in Dublin 8 with her partner Dave and their little girl Stella.
