Ashley McDonnell is an Irish entrepreneur, luxury executive and one of the leading voices shaping the future of luxury, technology and innovation. As the Founder & CEO of VYKO Group, Ireland's first luxury group, Ashley is on a mission to acquire and scale premium Irish brands onto the global stage through a technology-led approach. She is also the founder of Ireland Fashion Week, the country's first nationwide fashion week, and Tech Powered Luxury, a global media platform, podcast and events business exploring the future of luxury, with more than half a million podcast downloads.

Ashley started her career as a Digital Analyst within the headquarters of LVMH in Paris, followed by leading the digital strategy for Christian Dior’s Travel Retail Division. In 2019, Ashley joined Google as Luxury Account Manager, managing a USD 8-figure portfolio of annual revenue through digital media spend for leading luxury brands.

In 2021, Ashley stepped back in-house within the luxury industry, taking on a leadership role at fashion & beauty conglomerate PUIG, as Digital Media & E-Commerce Director, leveraging cutting edge technology and digital marketing to drive creativity and growth within the groups’ portfolio of luxury brands.

Ashley holds multiple advisory board positions, including 8,500+ members organisation Digital Business Ireland, Pavan Beauty (featured in Dragon’s Den UK 2024) and blockchain start-up focused on insuring luxury goods: Vaultik.
